Chef.Widow: I'm a wife of a Chef, which isn't the easiest thing to be. Long hours, never home on holidays, long hours, works every weekend, long hours! But, I've learned everything I know about food and wine from being with him as we ventured through his schooling, internships and traveled the world for work and life experiences. We have worked in the finest Hotels, worked closely with Celebrity Chefs, and spend our spare time sampling foods of the world. After years of being exposed to the best Chefs in the world, and eating amazing food. I've picked up a lot of information and appreciation for all kinds of food. And if I do say so myself...I can cook a great meal....because when your married to a Chef, he is never home to cook and when he is the last thing he wants to do is cook! Unless of course we are having friends over and then I'm the best Sous Chef around!
